The national public health emergency for COVID-19 has been renewed and extended to January 13, 2022.
We continue to monitor the pandemic and work closely with our health plan partners, UnitedHealthcare and Humana.

Stay Safe With Telehealth Visits
Telehealth visits allow you to connect with your doctor online from the safety and comfort of your home. Telehealth visits mean observing physical distancing and maintaining good health.
All you need to participate in a telehealth visit is a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and access to your patient portal.

2021 Annual Provider Compliance Training
Providers are required to complete the training annually. The completion deadline is December 15, 2021. Please review the material below.
